Sundays Runs At The Park
Every Sunday at 7:30 AM, runners of all abilities gather to run at Lancaster County’s Central Park (also see big map). The group usually runs the (Mr. & Mrs.) Smith’s Challenge 10K trail run course without the creek crossings, though no one is discouraged from getting wet.
Fast and slow, large & small, runners of all abilities are welcome. Impromptu tailgating is known to occur, so bring along a coffee cup. After, head on to church or one of the area's many fine coffee shops. Come join us.
